Artist Statement

After acheiving a BA Hons in Sculpture at Loughborough I was fortunate to work for Aardman Animations, where I worked on the the second Wallace and Grommit feature film, "The hare and the Tortoise". I also worked on their " Comfort comercial. Then for three years I worked for Pangolin Editions, where I learnt the invaluable process of bronze casting.

Through out this time I have worked as a sculptor and illustrator, on both portrait and abstract form. I am particularly interested in finding ways of representing human energy and emotion in abstract form.
