At the age of 9 I decided to be a designer and go to the ‘London School of Doing Art’. I have been `doing art’ ever since, gaining qualifications, teaching in a busy, secondary comprehensive and as a successful freelance designer.
I am currently in a painting phase looking at the simplicity of shape and colour of everyday objects, to exhibit in the Open Studio Event 2008.

I feel very strongly that everyone has the ability to be creative, imaginative and to just enjoy different aspects of art - as it is your very own self-expression that makes your work unique - at any age, with any ability.

I thoroughly enjoy sharing my passion for art .There is great satisfaction and pride when a new skill is learnt or final piece is displayed. Confidence is built and visual language stimulated, a rewarding experience all round.

I am a versatile artist and can, in partnership, devise one-off events or on-going projects relevent to themes or topics. Alternatively, perhaps help is needed with starting points and ideas.
